OUR 3 STEPS TO TRIUMPH
Reset:
The first step of our program is called “Reset” because it aims to reset your body and mind, helping you eliminate toxins and negative thought patterns that may be hindering your ability to feel your best. We do this by starting with your diet and implementing new, healthy lifestyle habits.
Our menu is designed to be the most effective and balanced nutritional program possible, with a focus on helping you detox, reset your eating habits, and boost your physical and mental wellbeing. We follow a Pescetarian anti-inflammatory Primal diet, which involves a low-carb, anti-inflammatory approach consisting mostly of freshly caught fish, free range eggs, vegetables, seasonal fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats, and oils.
The main goal of this phase is to jump-start weight loss in a safe and healthy manner, with an average weight loss of up to 4 pounds per week. We make sure to tailor this phase to your specific health condition, ensuring that it is safe and effective for you.
During this phase, you will learn about different food choices, portion sizes, the 80/20% rule, eating intuitively, and the carbs curb (finding your ideal weight). We will guide you on what to eat and what to avoid, helping you understand that everyone is unique and that our detox approach is designed to help you heal from the inside out, promoting optimal health and wellbeing.
Nourish:
Once you’ve reset, it’s time to nourish your body with wholesome, nutritious foods that will fuel you from within. Our program not only includes a variety of delicious, healthy recipes but also emphasizes the importance of incorporating movement, play, and exercise into your daily routine.
During this phase, you will learn:
- How to properly nourish your body with the correct food choices that will help you achieve and maintain optimal health.
- How to incorporate movement, play, and exercise into your daily routine in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable.
- The benefits of physical activity and movement for your overall health and wellbeing.
- How to make informed decisions about what types of workouts and activities are best suited for your unique needs and goals.

In this final step, we will focus on cultivating positive habits and practices that will help you maintain your progress and incorporate it into your daily life. This final step is all about helping you thrive and continue to make progress even after you leave our program.
During this phase, you will work closely with our coach to develop a customized plan that fits your unique needs and goals. You will learn how to create a healthy and sustainable routine that includes regular exercise, mindfulness practices, and self-care habits. We’ll provide you with the tools and resources you need to maintain your progress and stay motivated.
By the end of our program, you’ll have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to continue thriving on your own. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how to nourish your body with healthy food and maintain an active lifestyle.
