A deeply personalized 6-night retreat combining Eastern medicine, Medical Qi Gong, yoga, anti-inflammatory nourishment and one-on-one sessions with Dr. Kim.

Internationally recognized doctor of Eastern medicine.
The Deep Reset is guided by Dr. Kim, whose unique integrative approach combines Eastern medicine, naturopathy, nutrition, and movement to support the body's natural healing capacity. His educational background also includes three years of Korean Medical School and advanced training in Cranial Sacral Therapy, NAET (Allergy Elimination Techniques), and Classical Homeopathy. By integrating traditional wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques, Dr. Kim's approach focuses on addressing the root causes of imbalance and supporting the body's natural healing process.
For one exclusive week at Del Alma Retreat, guests will have the opportunity to learn directly from Dr. Kim through daily Medical Qi Gong, educational sessions and personalized one-on-one treatments in an intimate setting limited to just six participants.
